friendly helpful staff. really well decorated Georgian place with moden bedroom. Brekfast was excellent. The private courtyard win me over

I was not aware that 99% of the rooms are up a flight of stairs. I managed one flight up. there are stairs to go in to the hotel from the street.

The size of the room and bathroom were excellent.

The window opens just a little so the room is a bit stuffy, thank goodness for the fan provided in the room.

Comfortable bed, clean hotel, good location to visit the city center by feet

Location very convenient. Clean rooms. Kindness of the staff

Not much chioce in the breakfast buffet. The window could only be opened for a crack and so little air came in so the room was quite hot.

Sebastian, at the front desk was extremely helpful and personable. He is an asset to the hotel. Location was very good, breakfast staff was efficient and polite.

Housekeeping staff not always very thorough; forgets to replenish coffee and tea or remove trash.
