What did you like about your stay in the property or location?
Wonderful location, close to all important places I wanted to visit. Very quiet - I did not expect that! Even the smallest rooms are very useful and planned to perfection.
What did you not like about your stay in the property or location?
One thing which caused me to lower the standard - breakfast. Now, I do get that Irish breakfast is low in fresh ingredients like vegetables or bread, but even the other option and open tables did not provide any fresh vegetable or any regular bread or a bun. This was a bit sad and even after few days in Ireland I realized that my stomach misses normal bread and fiber from fresh fruit or veggies. I've never experienced that before, and I'm over 40 ;)

bath is not possible to clean because there is no extension hose. food smell come to the corridor from kitchen.

Comfortable bed, good wifi, very clean room and bathroom, excellent breakfast, delightful staff, good location

The reception on the tv was unsteady but it was fixed after I raised it.

Great location and very good price for one night in Dublin. Room was very clean and modern and had everything needed for one night. Lovely breakfast in the morning.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel… a delightful surprise in the heart of Dublin… impeccable breakfast… Sebastian, the receptionist, was very friendly… greetings

I've had too few eggs and bacon for breakfast... it's so good that I don't like that I've had so little...

Personale gentile e sempre disponibile. Ottima posizione, camera pulita e servizio di cambio asciugamani giornaliero. Colazione molto buona, anche se un po’ poco varia se si soggiorna per 5 giorni o più. Noi avevamo la camera 31, spaziosa e dotata di vasca da bagno. La camera si trova al 3° piano senza ascensore, dettaglio da tenere in considerazione. Consiglio assolutamente questo hotel e sicuramente lo consiglierò a tutti. (Dotato di prese per iPhone 16)

The standard of the accommodation was good, the room was clean,comfortable and the food served for breakfast was both well prepared and presented.
What did you not like about your stay in the property or location?
For those customers not famiiar with Dublin City Centre it would be helpful to be able to obtain at reception a brief summary sheeet of basic travel needs such as how to get to O'Connell St, Grafton St etc by the shortest route plus details of bus and tram services serving the immediate Gardiner St area.

The room was very comfortable, clean and without noise, it's just perfect. The stuff from the breakfast room was incredible nice and helpful, we love it.
