The size of the room and bathroom were excellent.

The window opens just a little so the room is a bit stuffy, thank goodness for the fan provided in the room.

Location very convenient. Clean rooms. Kindness of the staff

Not much chioce in the breakfast buffet. The window could only be opened for a crack and so little air came in so the room was quite hot.

Sebastian, at the front desk was extremely helpful and personable. He is an asset to the hotel. Location was very good, breakfast staff was efficient and polite.

Housekeeping staff not always very thorough; forgets to replenish coffee and tea or remove trash.

The comfiest beds, pillows and duvet. Gorgeously decorated family room. Very centrally located. Cute breakfast room. Very friendly male receptionist.

Lack of an ac unit, mediocre cheap fan that couldn’t possibly cool down the whole room. Fire door for the bathroom.

Close to major attractions in downtown Dublin. Variety of places to eat nearby. Staff were very helpful, breakfast was good.. Coffee bags in room were great.
